			Where do I send my donations? Where does the money go? How can you become a Fairy Godmother? Where do I send my donations? All donations to Women Helping Women are tax deductable. Donations should be sent to: Women Helping Women Greater Salina Community Foundation P.O. Box 2876 Salina, KS 67402-2876 We like to recognize all donors to the fund. When sending your donation, please include the following information: Name (as you wish it to be listed) Address (so we can send you a tax receipt for your contribution) Phone Number (we will respect your privacy) Email Address (we send out periodic updates about the fund) TOP Where does the money go? Women Helping Women have established an endowed fund in the Greater Salina Community Foundation. Gifts to the fund are permanent, and income is used to make the annual grants. The larger the fund, the more grants we will be able to make. The Greater Salina Community Foundation is a 501(c)3 public charity. All gifts to the Women Helping Women Fund are tax deductible to the highest extent allowable by the Internal Revenue Service. The Fairy Godmothers have also secured some funds for immediate grant making, giving the endowment time to grow. Along their journey, the Fairy Godmothers may also choose to host events that will provide dollars for either the endowment or immediate grant making. TOP How can you become a Fairy Godmother? Through your tax-deductible contribution of $500 or more to the Women Helping Women Fund, you can make a gift that will help another woman take the next step toward independence or relief from poverty. You can make a gift in your name, or honor another woman who has been a Fairy Godmother in your life by making the gift in her name. (Or join with friends to honor a particular woman.) TOP
